Four-Level Mountain Home with Game Room, Hot Tub & Pet-Friendly Stay

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• This property has three exterior security cameras:
  • Camera 1 is located above garage and points toward driveway
  • Camera 2 is on back patio but has been aimed down and only captures ground and partial rear entry door
  • Camera 3 is doorbell style camera at the main entryway
• No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

Policies and Rules

• This home allows up to 99 pets. Please confirm pet type and fees with property manager. Pets other than dogs may or may not be permitted; check directly with host.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Pet rent is $25 per pet per night plus tax for up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs, but the property allows up to 99 pets. Please confirm details with property manager.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided.
• Hair dryers are provided.
• High-speed internet is available.
• Bed linens, towels, climate control, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, pool table, free parking, oven, hot tub, TV, and ironing board & iron are available among amenities.

Safety and Emergency Information

• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Other Critical Details

• Off Peak Special: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% discount - excludes holidays and peak times.
